Nicole Orozco has been building books and the businesses around them since 2005. Before publishing, she worked as a counselor, and she holds a degree in psychology. That background shapes everything about how her team works: she listens first, asks the right questions, and helps people say what they actually mean.

It is also why she created a proprietary, interview-driven voice-capture process. Her authors never write sample chapters. They talk, she and her team listen, and the finished book reads like the author wrote every line.

Today Nicole leads a family of five imprints: Archipelago Press, Heartland Publishing, Legacy Tree Books, Mill Creek View Publishing and Celebrate Sports Publishing. Her catalog spans memoir, coaching, business, faith and fiction, and she has written books of her own, including Mind Chess, The Soul Factory and The Frequency Code.

Beyond the book, Nicole builds the platforms authors need to grow: Smart System Suite for marketing automation, Heartland Speakers for the stage, and Nicole Orozco Media Group for PR and media. She is based in the Lynnwood, Washington area.
